From my early work as a college counselor supporting first-generation students, to leading research and evaluation for a nationwide educational foundation, to chairing nonprofit boards, I have dedicated my career to building systems that work for people, not against them.

I earned my Ed.D. in Transformative Action in Education from the University of the Pacific, where my research focused on transforming our relationship to land and homeownership. My professional journey bridges data analysis, organizational leadership, and public speaking, enabling me to serve as both a strategist and storyteller.
